Are your 3D-printed products reef-safe?

Yes. The gear designed to live in your tank is printed in reef-safe PETG, the filament reefers trust in saltwater for its chemical resistance and low water absorption. We print with pure filament and tell you what each product is made of, so you are never left guessing.

What are your products made from?

The reef gear that goes in your water is printed primarily in PETG, chosen for its durability and reef safety. Decorative items that stay out of the water, like the toy figurines and logo light covers, are printed in filaments suited to dry display. If you are ever unsure about a specific product, just ask and we will confirm the material.

Will the plastic leach anything into my water?

PETG has strong chemical resistance and low water absorption, and we print with pure filament, no dyes or additive blends, since additives are usually what people actually worry about. We are not going to hand you a lab certificate or promise the impossible, but we will always tell you exactly what a piece is made of. As with any new equipment, give it a quick rinse before it goes in.

Do I need to prep a product before adding it to my tank?

Just a quick rinse or short soak in RO-DI water, then it is ready to go in, the same as you would do with any new piece of equipment.

Are your products made to order?

Yes. Almost everything is printed to order in the USA, one piece at a time. That is how you get to choose your size and color, and it is why we can offer a wide lineup without warehousing thousands of units. Because of that, production time is part of your order.

Can I choose color and size?

On most products, yes. Where options are available, you will see the size and color choices right on the product page. Pick what fits your tank.

How long until my order ships?

Because each piece is printed to order and a lot of our work is custom, most orders take about 7 to 14 days depending on size. You will see the current estimate at checkout. If you need something by a specific date, reach out before ordering and we will let you know what is possible.

What is your return policy?

Because every piece is printed to order, all sales are final. That said, we stand behind our work. If an item arrives damaged or not as described, contact us and we will make it right.

Do you ship internationally?

We ship across the US, and we ship internationally by quote. If you are outside the US, reach out before ordering and we will sort out shipping to you.
