REFUNDS/EXCHANGES
Refunds and exchanges will be considered a case-by-case basis. Once a custom order has been started, there will be no refunds. Items damaged during transit may be covered by the terms below. Faulty items may be covered by the terms above.
ITEMS DAMAGED IN TRANSIT
If an item is damaged in transit, we will replace the item free of charge and cover the cost of shipping the replacement. Please keep the damaged product and packaging, as the carrier may inspect the package to evaluate it for insurance purposes. If your product arrives damaged, you must contact us within 24 hrs from arrival date or we cannot honor the return. Emailing pictures of the damage is required. You may be required to send back the damaged product. Please open the package and inspect items for damage immediately upon arrival. If signature is required on shipment, DO NOT sign for it if damage is found. Once signed for we cannot offer a replacement.
RETURNS
In the event you are required to return items to me, you must do so within 10 calendar days otherwise you agreed to have your card charged for the full product price.
